Who we are. Stratael is a trading name of STECHNOLOGIES LTD ("Stratael", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16718386. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website.

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use it, and the rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example our website host and form processor, Netlify; and our email provider), all bound by data-processing terms. We may disclose data where required by law.

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to ensure equivalent protection.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose collected and a reasonable follow-up period, then delete or anonymise it. Where we rely on consent, we retain until you withdraw it.

6. Your rights

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we ask that you contact us first so we can help.
