Candidate Privacy Notice

Last updated 8 June 2026 · Version 1.0

This notice explains how STECHNOLOGIES LTD ("Stratael") processes personal data about senior operators and leaders ("candidates") in connection with leadership-critical engagements we undertake for clients.

1. What we process

2. Source

We may obtain professional information from public and professional sources as part of leadership mapping, as well as directly from you. We will tell you when we hold your data and why.

3. Lawful basis

We process candidate data on the basis of legitimate interests — connecting suitable leaders with relevant leadership opportunities — balanced against your rights, and on the basis of consent where you actively engage with us. You may object or withdraw at any time.

4. Confidentiality

Candidate engagement is handled with discretion. We do not publish your information, and we share relevant details with a client only in the context of a specific, relevant mandate and on a need-to-know basis.

5. Retention

We retain candidate data only as long as relevant to current or reasonably anticipated leadership opportunities, and review periodically. You can ask us to erase your data at any time.

6. Your rights

All rights in our GDPR Rights Notice apply. To access, correct, object to, or erase your data, email privacy@stratael.com.

This document is provided for transparency and is written to align with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR. It is not legal advice. Stratael recommends review by a qualified solicitor before reliance.
